Integrations

Fits your stack without pretending to be everything

DueChat is deliberately small: one real payment integration that's been live since day one, plus a few new connections we've just started rolling out. This page stays accurate on purpose — if something's new, it's labeled that way.

Live since day one

Stripe

Payment links on every invoice.

Every invoice DueChat sends includes a Stripe payment link. Clients pay in two taps, and funds go straight into your own Stripe account — DueChat never holds your money.

Recently added

Three new connections, still earning their keep

New

Gmail send-as

Send reminders from your real Gmail address.

Connect your Gmail account so invoice and reminder emails go out from your own address instead of DueChat's shared sending domain — clients see a message from you, not a no-reply address.

New

Google Calendar sync

Due dates show up where you already look.

Connect your calendar and invoice due dates appear as events automatically, so you see what's coming due without opening DueChat first.

New

Calendly booking-to-invoice

A draft invoice when a client books a paid session.

Connect Calendly and a draft invoice is created automatically when a client books a paid session with you. It's always a draft — DueChat never sends it for you, you review and send it yourself.

Why the "New" label

Gmail send-as, Google Calendar sync, and Calendly booking-to-invoice are recent additions, not features we've run for years. We'd rather say that plainly than have the label wear off before the integration has earned it. If you hit rough edges on a new connection, tell us — that's exactly the feedback that moves a "New" label to nothing at all.

Connect what you already use, skip the rest.

New here? Connecting Stripe and sending your first invoice takes about 60 seconds — no card required to start. Already have an account? Connect Gmail, Calendar, or Calendly from Settings.
