Before you keep scrolling
DueChat is new — small enough that a real person reads every bug report. We won't show you logos we don't have or customer numbers that don't exist yet. What we can show you: every reminder goes out signed with your name, replies land in your own inbox — not a no-reply address — and payments go straight to your own Stripe or bank account. On Free, DueChat takes a 1.5% fee at the moment of a Stripe payment, on top of Stripe's own processing fees. Pro has no DueChat fee. The money itself is never routed through a DueChat-controlled account first. If you're reading a landing page skeptically — you should be — that's exactly why we're not pretending to be bigger than we are.

FAQ
An invoice app for freelancers and agencies. You send (or import) invoices; DueChat emails automatic reminders in your name until the client pays — then stops. Money goes to your Stripe or bank.
If unpaid past due, DueChat emails reminder 1 at 7 days, reminder 2 at 14, and reminder 3 at 30 — in your name. Payment lands, or you mark it paid, and reminders stop. Day 30 is the last one sent automatically. You can change the tone or pause the chase. The day gaps stay 7, 14, and 30.
If your client pays through the Stripe link on the invoice, DueChat detects it automatically and stops reminders within moments — no action needed from you. If they pay another way (bank transfer, cash, check), DueChat can't see that on its own: open the invoice and click “Mark as paid,” and reminders stop instantly. Bank-transfer invoices also skip DueChat's 1.5% fee entirely, since the money never touches Stripe.
Only after you've used all 3 free invoices in a month — a card keeps Free working next month. You're never charged on Free unless you choose Pro.
Yes. Sync unpaid from Stripe or paste a CSV. Clear what’s still open — money to your account.
No. In Xero or QuickBooks, reminders are a small feature bolted onto a full bookkeeping suite. In DueChat, getting you paid is the whole product — reminders at 7, 14, and 30 days, in your tone, with open and click tracking on Pro. Keep Xero or QuickBooks for your books; DueChat just makes sure the invoice doesn't get forgotten.
Three emails, then it stops: day 7, day 14, and day 30 overdue. They use your name and a tone you pick. By default they come from DueChat's sending address, and replies go to your email. Connect Gmail in Settings if you want them sent from that mailbox. You can pause the chase. Paid invoices, including ones you mark paid, get no further reminders.
Usually the opposite. Reminders go out in your name and your chosen tone — friendly, then firmer, then final — not a red payment-overdue banner. They stop when a Stripe payment is detected, or when you mark the invoice paid. You can pause them anytime.
